Eco-therapy is the name given to a wide range of treatment programs which aim to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through doing outdoor activities in nature (e.g., fly fishing).     

Our fly fishing programs are eco activities, focusing on Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence (and lots of fishy fun!).  Activities are led by a licensed certified counselor-coach-instructor, with over 40 years experience.
