Are you vulnerable, being vulnerable or other?

Dictionary Definitions: 

  • Vulnerable (adjective): Susceptible to physical or emotional attack or harm; capable of being physically or emotionally wounded; (of a person) in need of special care, support, or protection because of age, disability, or risk of abuse or neglect.
  • Vulnerability (noun): The quality of state of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally; open to attack or damage.  

Psychology Definition:
  • Being vulnerable, or vulnerability is a state of emotional exposure that comes with a certain degree of uncertainty.  It involves a person's willingness to accept the emotional risk that comes from being open and willing to love and be loved.
